Warranty Application Form

To activate and validate the Warranty specified in Clause 15 of our Terms & Conditions, the Buyer must complete and return to the Seller this Warranty Application Form and provide 12 high resolution photos of the installed Products within 60 days of receipt of the Goods. The Buyer is not required to provide photos if the Seller installs the Goods.

You must upload 12 high-resolution photos of the installed product from the angles outlined in the diagram.
Stand far enough back to capture the entire shed in each photo.
Ensure the shed is well-lit and clearly visible in every image.
Avoid obstructions in the frame, such as cars, trees, or equipment.
Check each photo for clarity and focus before uploading.
