Warranty Claim Form

As per Clause 27.1(r) of QLD Shade Sheds’ General Terms & Conditions of Trade, the Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing detailing any defects for which a warranty claim is being made. To make a claim, please submit this Warranty Claim Form. Alternatively you can request a Request a PDF copy of the form from our office.

If for any reason the construction fails to comply with requirements of the supplied engineering certification, QLD Shade Sheds reserves the right to offer a partial approval for Warranty purposes to cover only the workmanship, proprietary products and materials supplied. QLD Shade Sheds will not be liable to cover supplied items in the event of a noncompliant construction.
