10 Years Structural Warranty
At QLD Shade Sheds, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 10-Year Structural Warranty on all our sheds, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers the structural framework of your shed against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years, subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Trade.
The warranty is conditional upon the customer completing an annual Maintenance Schedule, as required in our Terms of Trade. We may request evidence of this schedule if a warranty claim is submitted.
How to Apply for Your Warranty
To apply for your warranty, you must:
- Complete and submit the Warranty Application Form, and
- Provide 12 good quality photos of the installed shed within 60 days of receiving the goods.
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed. If any information is missing or photos do not meet the requirements, we will contact you to request corrections. Your warranty will only be activated once your application is approved.
